About the role

The Residential Sales Director is a senior leadership position accountable for leading residential sales performance, steering the sales team, and delivering against revenue and occupancy goals. The role reports to the Executive Director of Residential and helps shape and execute the commercial strategy for residential assets.
Key responsibilities
You will lead the sales function, convert strategy into actionable launches and events, and provide regular updates on performance and CRM data. The role also includes daily operational oversight, team direction, and ensuring sales activity follows internal policies and standards.
You will coach, mentor, and develop the team, set priorities and performance expectations, and promote a values-driven culture. A major part of the job is to ensure the team works collaboratively, maintains integrity, and consistently applies best practices.
Commercially, you will guide sales of residential units, manage relationships with buyers, tenants, brokers, and other stakeholders, and assess market conditions to support informed selling decisions. You will also oversee qualification, negotiation, and closure of agreements for TRSDC properties while working with internal teams, management, and legal colleagues to support handovers and draft agreements.
The position also covers pricing and profitability work, including setting sales rates and parameters, creating strategic plans for new assets, maintaining financial models, monitoring cash flow, and preparing annual projections and periodic sales reports for finance and leadership.
On the operational side, you will ensure property files are kept accurate and current, support MIS reporting, follow all relevant policies and procedures, and help drive continuous improvement across systems, processes, productivity, and cost efficiency. You will also apply safety, quality, and environmental controls in line with company standards.
The role is primarily based at RSG headquarters and may require travel as needed.
Requirements
The successful candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in real estate, business management, administration, finance, commerce, economics, or a related discipline.
You need at least 12 years of experience in residential sales, including 5 or more years leading a sales team. Strong exposure to off-plan sales in a real estate developer environment within KSA or the GCC is essential.
Working knowledge of luxury residential sales, sales deal structures, deal terminology, and KSA real estate laws is required. You should also be experienced in team leadership, confident working with people, and comfortable using MS Office at an advanced level.
The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and closing ability, strong analytical and quantitative capability, high attention to detail, and solid stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluency in English and Arabic, written and spoken, is required.
