Focused on highly regulated sectors like banking, insurance, and telecommunications, Persado empowers marketing teams to rapidly create and optimize compliant, personalized content across multiple channels with unmatched efficiency and measurable impact.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Director of Product Management to take full ownership of a key segment of the Persado platform. This senior leadership position involves setting the product vision and roadmap, collaborating closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams, and being accountable for business and customer success. The role demands a hands-on leader comfortable operating at strategic and operational levels to drive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the strategic direction, roadmap, and business results for a primary product domain within the Persado platform.
- Convert insights from market trends, customer feedback, and competitive analysis into a crystal-clear product vision and a well-prioritized roadmap.
- Manage end-to-end product discovery and delivery processes, including specifying requirements, balancing scope, and ensuring delivery of high-quality products on schedule.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science leadership to coordinate resources, platform architecture, and development sequencing aligned with product objectives.
- Engage directly with enterprise clients and internal teams to understand user journeys, validate ideas, and measure user adoption and business impact.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams on product positioning, launches, training, and feedback integration.
- Establish and monitor success metrics, employing data-driven insights to guide decision-making and communicate progress to executives.
- Mentor and grow product management talent across the organization to elevate product development standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 8 years of product management experience, with a minimum of 3 years in senior leadership roles overseeing product areas or teams, preferably within enterprise B2B SaaS.
- Proven ability to deliver impactful products from ambiguous challenges with clear, measurable benefits for customers and business.
- Strong strategic thinking skills complemented by practical execution capabilities; adept at crafting compelling narratives and detailed specifications.
- Experience working with AI and machine learning-based products, or the aptitude to quickly develop domain expertise.
- Exceptional communication skills to influence senior executives, customers, and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable with data analytics - proficient in defining metrics, interpreting experimental results, and making decisions grounded in evidence.
- Prior experience in managing or mentoring product managers is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Background in marketing technology, content generation, personalization, or experimentation platforms.
- Experience delivering software solutions in regulated industries such as financial services or telecommunications.
- Exposure to fast-growth product organizations with contributions to product process development, playbooks, and organizational standards.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers an annual base salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000, influenced by factors such as experience, location, business objectives, and market demand.
- Hybrid working model that values both remote and in-office productivity.
- Competitive and equitable compensation structures.
- Comprehensive benefits packages available globally.
- 401(k) matching in the USA and pension schemes in selected European locations.
- Professional development supported through dedicated training teams and resource tools.
- Employee Enrichment Fund to pursue personal passions or enhance home office setups.
- Structured onboarding to facilitate a smooth, confident start and long-term success.
- Strong emphasis on career development, ongoing feedback, and performance management.
- Flexible vacation policies promoting work-life balance, including a dedicated Winter Holiday Break week.
- Paid volunteer days and charitable donation matching under the #PersadoCares initiative.
- Robust diversity, equity, and inclusion programs, including culture celebrations and bias-free recruitment processes.
