Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of media planners to craft integrated media strategies that effectively support sales goals and advertiser KPIs across both onsite and offsite channels.
- Develop and manage planning and proposal workflows that ensure timely delivery of client commitments and departmental coordination.
- Enhance audience segmentation and enrichment techniques to boost targeting precision and campaign success.
- Keep abreast of media industry developments and technology innovations to maintain Macy's leadership in audience and media strategy.
- Drive curated private marketplace strategies to maximize advertiser engagement and revenue growth.
- Perform detailed inventory analytics and forecasting to guide pricing and optimize ad revenue.
- Implement yield management strategies that maximize channel revenue and inventory monetization.
- Leverage quantitative analyses to optimize inventory allocation and demonstrate value-maximizing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Advertising Operations to optimize rate cards and campaign execution.
- Coach and provide strategic advisory to Sales, sharing best practices on media strategy and audience engagement to enhance proposal effectiveness.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing media planning and yield optimization team fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in media planning within digital media, including 2 to 3 years specifically in yield management.
- Ability to perform essential job functions including communication, collaboration, and utilization of office systems effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules as required by department and company demands.

This full-time remote position offers an annual salary ranging approximately from $130,800 to $217,800 based on role, location, and scheduling.
