The role is central to defining how IT performance is measured, monitored, and shared across Run, Change, and Transform workstreams.
What you'll do

- Own executive dashboards, management reports, and performance packs used in leadership and steering meetings.
- Work with IT leaders to translate strategic priorities into structured tracking and reporting processes.
- Analyze IT portfolios in depth to uncover risks, inefficiencies, capacity issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Turn operational, delivery, and financial data into clear insights and practical recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Run performance reviews across major IT areas such as service delivery, transformation programs, operational resilience, and cost efficiency.
- Set and maintain governance rules for KPI definitions, reporting frequency, data accuracy, and transparency.
- Review and validate performance narratives and reporting shared with senior leadership forums.
- Coordinate with different IT teams to keep priorities, initiatives, and timelines aligned.
- Create polished executive presentations and supporting materials for leadership and board discussions.
- Guide junior team members when needed and encourage strong analytical standards and stakeholder communication.
Candidate profile
- 8 to 12 years of professional experience.
- Experience from a top-tier consulting firm or a comparable environment such as McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, Bain & Company, Kearney, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, or Accenture.
- Strong background in IT strategy, digital transformation, or technology operating models.
- Demonstrated experience in performance management, IT KPIs, dashboards, or portfolio tracking.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to structure unclear challenges and convert data into insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, including engagement with senior executives.
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel; exposure to analytics or IT performance tools is an advantage.
- Strong communication and executive-level storytelling skills.
Why this opportunity stands out
This is a high-impact position at the core of IT strategy execution, with broad visibility across major technology programs and direct access to senior IT leadership. It offers the chance to influence how performance, governance, and transformation outcomes are defined and delivered.
