About the Company

AvePoint is an international data management and data governance company that helps organizations modernize collaboration, improve security, and better manage digital workplaces. The company has been publicly traded since 2021 on Nasdaq under AVPT and has also completed a dual listing on the Singapore Exchange. With its global presence growing quickly, AvePoint is expanding its operations to support rising business demand.

Role Summary

The Director of Investor Relations will work closely with the Head of Investor Relations to carry out the company’s IR strategy. This position acts as an important bridge between AvePoint and its shareholders, financial analysts, and the wider investment community, with particular emphasis on investors and analysts based in Asia. The role is responsible for communicating the company’s financial results, strategic direction, and long-term outlook clearly and consistently.

This opportunity calls for deep knowledge of capital markets, financial analysis, and corporate strategy, along with strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help design, run, and continuously improve the investor relations program in a way that supports business strategy and meets compliance obligations.
  • Act as the main contact for institutional investors and equity analysts across the APAC region.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with existing shareholders as well as potential investors.
  • Track analyst commentary, market developments, and peer company performance, then translate those findings into recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Work with Finance, Accounting, and Legal teams to produce accurate and timely investor presentations, earnings materials, and annual reports.
  • Contribute to IR communications such as quarterly earnings scripts, investor presentation decks, FAQs, and press releases.
  • Ensure all disclosures follow SEC rules, Nasdaq and SGX listing requirements, and accepted best practices.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Communications so that external messaging remains aligned across channels.
  • Plan and support investor meetings, earnings calls, and participation in investor conferences across APAC.
  • Prepare senior executives for investor discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and media-facing interactions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline is required; an MBA, CFA, or CPA is considered an advantage.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, or corporate finance, preferably in the technology sector.
  • Strong command of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and capital markets.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to varied audiences in a clear way.
  • Demonstrated success in earning the confidence of institutional investors, analysts, and senior internal stakeholders.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving global environment and collaborating across multiple functions.
