Role Summary
Firework is growing its North America sales organization and is looking for a high-energy Director of Enterprise Sales. This is a hands-on hunting role for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, building enterprise demand, and managing the full sales journey from first outreach through to close. You will sell a sophisticated, multi-product platform to large enterprises and engage senior and C-level leaders across marketing, ecommerce, and digital innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and run enterprise account plans based on research, outbound prospecting, and targeted demand generation.
- Own the complete enterprise sales process, including prospecting, first contact, qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, solution shaping, proposals, procurement, negotiation, and closing.
- Lead multi-stakeholder discussions involving digital, marketing, commerce, innovation, and IT teams.
- Position a complex SaaS solution by understanding client pain points and connecting Firework’s capabilities to measurable business outcomes.
- Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Integration Solutions to align on implementation, customer experience, and long-term value delivery.
- Share field insights on product needs and go-to-market direction to help improve the roadmap and support innovation.
- Monitor revenue, pipeline quality, and sales activity metrics, then adjust approach based on performance data.
- Travel to customer meetings, workshops, and industry events as required, with an expected travel level of 30-40%.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience with a strong hunter mindset and a track record of quota attainment in B2B SaaS or platform sales; experience in ecommerce, martech, or digital customer experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, enterprise demand creation, and building a strong pipeline of large, complex deals.
- Deep capability in consultative, solution-led selling across multiple stakeholders within enterprise accounts.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to speak effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment with ambiguity and change.
- Team-first, resilient, empathetic, and low-ego approach with a startup mindset.
Location and Work Arrangement
This position may be remote, and remote candidates must be based in the United States.
Compensation
The estimated base salary range for this position is $120K to $140K. Total compensation may also include commission and stock options. Final starting pay will depend on factors such as work location, skills, experience, market conditions, and internal pay parity.
