  • Supervise accounts payable activities including vendor invoicing, approval workflows, contractor payments, payroll coordination, and commissions.
  • Act as a primary liaison for banking transactions, lender and investor reporting, and external financial partners.
  • Lead annual audits by managing preparation, communicating with auditors, and addressing technical accounting issues.
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements in multiple jurisdictions.

  • Work with finance leadership and cross-departmental teams on system implementations, integrations, and operational upgrades.
  • Mentor and coach accounting staff to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and proactive problem solving.

Candidate Requirements

  • CPA certification is mandatory.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of US GAAP, including ASC 606 revenue recognition, deferred revenue, intercompany accounting, multi-currency consolidations, and technical accounting standards.
  • Experience managing accounting across multiple entities, legal jurisdictions, and currencies.
  • Background working in a private equity-backed environment and engaging with auditors, lenders, investors, and external advisors.
  • Strong grasp of audit procedures, compliance mandates, and internal control systems.
  • Familiarity with accounting software such as NetSuite; experience with close management, reconciliation, or billing tools is advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, capable of creating and maintaining detailed financial models and reconciliations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities to cultivate team development.
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, capable of working successfully with diverse finance and business teams.
  • A proactive and ownership-driven approach to managing priorities in a dynamic setting.
