Role Overview

This position is for an outdoor direct sales professional who can drive telecom product and service sales, identify fresh business prospects, bring in new customers, and consistently meet revenue goals. The role calls for strong communication and negotiation abilities, a customer-first mindset, and the discipline to perform in a target-based field sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell telecom products and services to both individual and business clients.
• Carry out field sales efforts to attract new customers and create new business opportunities.
• Develop and sustain positive customer relationships that support satisfaction and repeat business.
• Work toward monthly sales objectives and help strengthen overall team results.
• Keep proper records of customer discussions and sales activity in the system.
• Follow up with customers to confirm service activation and overall satisfaction.
• Represent the organization in a professional manner and maintain high service standards.
• Target valuable customers through direct outreach and on-ground sales engagement.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in outdoor sales or field sales.
• Telecom sales background will be considered an advantage.
• Strong self-drive with a clear focus on achieving targets.
• Ability to work on your own and manage time efficiently.
• Arabic and English language skills are required; Arabic is a plus.
• Basic computer literacy is needed.
• A valid Qatari driving license is mandatory.
• Must hold a valid QID with at least 3 months remaining validity.
• Preferred age is below 40 years.
