Role Overview

The Digital Transformation Manager will lead and oversee digital transformation initiatives, enhance business operations, and champion the integration of new technologies throughout the company. This role is ideal for an experienced professional in digital transformation, technology, operations, project management, or process improvement aiming to assume greater responsibility in a global and remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of digital transformation projects.
  • Identify and implement technology-driven improvements and automation for business processes.
  • Collaborate with business and tech teams to gather requirements and prioritize transformation efforts.
  • Design transformation roadmaps, project timelines, and deployment strategies.
  • Manage projects focused on automation, cloud platforms, data, AI, analytics, and digital tools.
  • Evaluate existing processes to find efficiency gains, cost savings, and performance improvements.
  • Engage closely with IT, Operations, Finance, HR, and Data teams.
  • Support change management and promote technology adoption among users.
  • Track project progress, budgets, risks, dependencies, and target outcomes.
  • Define KPIs to assess transformation success and impact.
  • Assist in the assessment and deployment of new digital technologies.
  • Identify gaps in processes and drive continuous improvement projects.
  • Prepare detailed reports and recommendations for management.
  • Encourage digital innovation and best practices enterprise-wide.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging digital transformation trends and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Operations, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum four years of experience in digital transformation, technology, project management, operations, consulting, or process improvement.
  • Solid grasp of digital transformation concepts and process enhancement methodologies.
  • Proven skills in project coordination and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and effective communication abilities.
  • Proficient written and spoken English communication.
  • Familiarity with automation, cloud services, data analytics, AI, ERP, CRM platforms, or digital ecosystems is beneficial.
  • Experience with Agile or change management frameworks is advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications in technology or project management are a plus but not mandatory.
