Role overview

The Digital Trading Assistant will help manage the website on a day-to-day basis, supporting trading activity and site optimisation across devices. The role covers merchandising, navigation changes, and search configuration, with the goal of improving customer journeys while balancing commercial objectives and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Support category trading activity and help strengthen product presentation across the customer journey and across global markets.
  • Maintain site standards so the website performs well commercially and delivers a strong user experience.
  • Develop expertise in the assigned pillar and share knowledge with the broader ecommerce team.
  • Prepare and review sales, site, and channel reports by market to improve product placement and categorisation.
  • Assist with managing category and navigation structures across channels and devices.
  • Support onsite search setup and optimisation across markets to improve the search experience.
  • Work with Digital Trading Specialists to execute trading plans during major events and campaigns.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver trade events and related initiatives.
  • Support campaign launches and the rollout of new digital features and products.
  • Help manage homepage and promotional processes, along with wider stakeholder coordination.
