Job description
Role overview
You will be part of a high-performing digital group focused on improving the in-store shopping journey. The role sits at the intersection of digital convenience and physical retail, with responsibility for shaping and delivering products and technologies used directly in retail environments.
This is a 2-year contract role based in Cork on a hybrid working model. Candidates located in Dublin may also be considered, provided they can travel to Cork when needed.
The compensation for this position is €65,000-€75,000 per year, plus benefits.
Key responsibilities
- Turn customer, retailer, market, and data insights into product opportunities and a clear delivery roadmap.
- Work closely with UX, engineering, marketing, and store operations to launch digital solutions effectively.
- Test ideas quickly, measure product outcomes, and refine features based on feedback and store-level performance.
- Represent in-store digital capabilities internally, helping non-technical stakeholders and external partners align around the overall product vision.
Ideal background
- At least 3 years of experience delivering digital products such as web, mobile, or in-store hardware solutions.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or digital commerce is preferred.
- Prior exposure to products that improve the physical store or brick-and-mortar customer experience is strongly desirable.
- A degree in IT, Product Management, or comparable practical experience is expected.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage agencies, and explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
- A full driving licence and access to transport are required for occasional store visits.
