Key responsibilities

  • Set the direction for interaction design by using research, ideation sessions, and workshops to improve the end-user experience.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and other design deliverables that clearly map user journeys, touchpoints, and product interactions.
  • Plan and run usability tests, carry out user research, and complete design reviews to guide product choices.
  • Showcase design recommendations to stakeholders and serve as the go-to expert for interaction design.

What makes this opportunity attractive

  • Be part of a team that values designers and fosters an inclusive, supportive environment.
  • Contribute to products that have a meaningful impact on millions of users.
  • Collaborate with a team that is advancing the standard for digital product design.

Required background and skills

  • A bachelor’s degree in Design (such as Interaction, Visual, Product, or Industrial), HCI, Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience designing interfaces across multiple platforms.
  • Hands-on experience using user research insights to shape design solutions.
  • Comfort and proficiency with Figma, Mural, UserTesting.com, and similar design or prototyping tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain design strategy clearly.

Preferred qualifications

  • A master’s degree in Design or a related discipline is an advantage.
  • Experience working with research methods, agile teams, and large-scale organizations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with design thinking practices is a plus.
