The Digital Merchandising Specialist will play a pivotal role in implementing the digital merchandising strategy for the EMEIA region's Apple Store Online and Apple Store App, ensuring that customers find and engage with Apple products in a meaningful way.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead execution of global and local marketing campaigns, including campaign creation, coordination with production teams, content validation, and performance evaluation.
- Support merchandising efforts in key EMEIA markets by adapting content to local needs, crafting market-specific commercial and brand campaigns, and optimizing messaging through close collaboration with regional store managers.
- Regularly analyze merchandising performance across campaigns and markets to uncover opportunities or challenges; collaborate with analytics, product management, and contact centers to transform data insights into customer experience improvements.
- Maintain strong partnerships with Marketing, Product Marketing, Content Production, and Commercial Programs, while using AI-driven tools to enhance workflow efficiency and data analysis processes.
- Participate in occasional domestic and international travel and attend regular cross-regional coordination meetings during overlapping business hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum of five years' experience in digital merchandising or digital marketing roles.
- Fluent in English, with a bachelor's degree considered advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Proven integrity, trust-building abilities, and experience fostering cross-functional relationships.
- Demonstrated capacity to achieve objectives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong analytical and numerical competency.
- Experience presenting to and influencing teams and senior leadership, plus proficiency in utilizing AI tools.
