Role summary

This full-time, on-site position in Accra is responsible for shaping and improving digital media initiatives across several platforms to support client goals and accelerate brand growth. The role calls for a mix of planning, buying, optimization, reporting, and cross-team coordination to deliver integrated communication plans.

Key responsibilities

The Digital Media Manager will design and execute digital media campaigns, manage social media marketing activity, and continuously refine performance using data-driven insights. The position also requires close collaboration with creative, account, and strategy teams to keep messaging aligned and campaigns effective. Staying informed about emerging digital tools, platform updates, and market trends is essential to recommending fresh approaches for the West African market.

Qualifications

  • Background in digital media and digital marketing, with practical experience running campaigns across search, display, social, and related channels.
  • Knowledge of media planning and digital strategy, including audience segmentation, budget distribution, and forecasting outcomes.
  • Experience in social media marketing, such as content scheduling, paid social execution, and community interaction.
  • Comfort working with campaign data, dashboard reporting, and optimization based on performance findings.
  • Exposure to leading advertising and analytics tools, including Meta, Google Ads, programmatic buying platforms, and measurement systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation ability, plus confidence managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Well-developed organization, prioritization, and deadline-management skills with careful attention to detail.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a similar field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Agency experience and familiarity with West African media patterns and consumer behavior are considered an advantage.
