Role Summary
This full-time, on-site position in Jeddah focuses on building and improving Cyan WaterPark’s online presence to raise brand awareness, encourage visitor engagement, and support ticket and package sales. The role requires a mix of campaign planning, content execution, social media management, analytics, and cross-team coordination.
Core Duties
- Plan and run digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels.
- Create, schedule, and publish content that supports brand goals and campaign objectives.
- Manage social media conversations and communities to maintain active engagement.
- Coordinate online promotions and make sure messaging stays aligned across teams and channels.
- Review website and campaign performance data to understand results and guide improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on digital marketing activity and performance metrics.
- Recommend practical changes based on analysis to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Track current digital marketing trends and suggest fresh ideas to boost online visibility and guest experience.
Required Background
Applicants should bring solid experience in social media marketing, including planning content, publishing posts, and managing online communities. They should also be comfortable with broader digital and online marketing efforts, especially multi-channel campaign execution. Strong web analytics ability is important for measuring results and optimizing performance. Clear communication skills are needed to work effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Tools and Experience
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and basic SEO techniques is preferred. Candidates should also be well organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle several campaigns and deadlines at the same time. Experience in hospitality, entertainment, or retail marketing would be an advantage.
Education
A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar field is preferred. Equivalent hands-on professional experience may also be considered.
