Role overview
This position is focused on lifting bookings and improving inventory absorption for sustenance projects across the North, South, West, and East zones. The emphasis is on digital, data-backed, and partnership-led execution that improves conversion, database monetization, organic demand, and project reputation in close coordination with sales and CRM/CDP teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage affiliate partnerships and third-party presales teams to drive qualified walk-ins for sustenance projects.
- Work with site sales teams to keep offers, messaging, and sales talk tracks current and conversion-oriented.
- Measure partner productivity through walk-ins, bookings, and return on investment, then recommend improvements.
- Partner with CRM/CDP teams to identify warm, high-intent, and inactive leads from historic databases.
- Create audience segments and run reactivation flows through email, WhatsApp, call prompts, and remarketing.
- Help plan and promote curated events, invitation-only previews, and project/portfolio engagement campaigns that increase site visits and bookings.
- Implement SEO and local search strategies to grow unpaid traffic and inquiries for sustenance projects.
- Coordinate creation and publishing of project-specific assets such as landing pages, blogs, FAQs, videos, and micro-site updates.
- Track organic traffic, leads, and rankings, and convert findings into actionable improvements.
- Monitor the full funnel from lead to walk-in to booking and flag project-level drop-offs.
- Collaborate with sales, call centre teams, and agencies to improve scripts, journeys, landing pages, and creatives.
- Support inventory-focused conversion initiatives such as limited-period offers, nudges, and targeted journeys for priority units.
- Track ratings, reviews, and social conversations for key projects across digital platforms.
- Run initiatives that improve review scores, response rates, and brand perception in priority micro-markets.
- Work with social and media teams to highlight positive stories and customer testimonials.
- Maintain a current view of competitor projects, including pricing, offers, creative angles, and digital activity.
- Share structured market inputs for counter-offers, creative direction, and positioning during weekly reviews.
- Act as the digital and data lead in weekly inventory monetization and war-room discussions.
- Coordinate with media, creative, CRM/CDP, IT, and sales teams to ensure on-time execution of agreed initiatives.
Key success measures
- Additional booking value driven from sustenance projects through digital and non-paid initiatives.
- Share of bookings or revenue generated through CRM/CDP and database activation.
- Non-paid lead contribution and qualified walk-ins from affiliates and organic channels.
- Better lead-to-visit and visit-to-booking conversion rates at the project level.
- Improvement in review scores, response rates, and sentiment across important micro-markets.
Requirements
- 5 to 6 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably in real estate, BFSI, automobile, or insurance.
- Prior people-management exposure, including leading a team of 3 to 4 or more members.
- Hands-on experience with agentic AI or digital marketing workflows built using LLM tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity.
- Strong orientation toward performance marketing, growth marketing, AI, technology, and martech rather than a purely traditional marketing profile.
- Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads Manager.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and LeadSquared is preferred.
- Deep hands-on capability in campaign execution tied to funnel and revenue outcomes.
- Experience with SEO, local SEO, content coordination, and analytics.
- Comfort working with agencies as well as internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and technology.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools, CDP concepts, and lifecycle or remarketing journeys.
- Ability to interpret attribution and funnel dashboards and convert insights into action plans.
- High ownership, strong execution bias, and comfort with weekly target reviews.
- Data-driven approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage several projects at once.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
