Role Overview
This position calls for a practical, execution-focused Digital Marketing Manager to own and coordinate digital initiatives that drive lead generation and business expansion. The role blends paid media, content, email, social, event-based marketing, and analytics, with a strong emphasis on campaign optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and drive marketing initiatives across email, social media, print, video, paid advertising, webinars, and offline events.
- Build and reinforce the company brand, service value, and client engagement across all channels.
- Develop messaging that matches the right audience with the right timing and intent.
- Work closely with leadership, sales, operations, vendors, customers, and prospects to support marketing goals.
- Run and optimize Google Ads, PPC, Meta, LinkedIn, paid social, retargeting, and lead-generation programs.
- Monitor leads, conversions, ROI, campaign outcomes, and lead quality to improve effectiveness.
- Use GA4, Domo/CRM reporting, dashboards, and performance data to shape marketing decisions.
- Refine landing pages, funnels, keywords, audience targeting, and advertising budgets for stronger results.
- Support campaigns related to property tax, BPP, cost segregation, appraisal, and connected services.
- Coordinate with writers, designers, developers, vendors, and offshore teams to deliver campaigns on schedule.
- Maintain content plans, timelines, deliverables, and consistent brand communication.
Experience and Qualification Requirements
- Overall marketing experience of at least 15 years, with 5 or more years in a managerial or equivalent leadership position.
- Proven track record of managing integrated campaigns across email, social media, paid media, print, video, webinars, and events.
- Practical expertise in Google Ads, PPC, GA4, conversion tracking, CPL, ROI, and reporting dashboards.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and use insights to improve marketing performance, lead quality, client engagement, and return on investment.
- Strong background in lead generation, brand positioning, stakeholder communication, and engagement with customers and prospects.
- Comfort with project management, content writing, reporting, executive-level communication, and vendor/agency coordination.
- Experience collaborating with designers, developers, writers, and offshore teams.
