Role overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for executing and improving campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, video, and native channels, working within an established strategy. The role partners closely with ad strategists and directly supports pipeline growth.
What you'll do
- Manage campaigns from start to finish across paid search, paid social, ABM, and video channels, including setup, creative refreshes, optimization, quality checks, and ad hoc reporting.
- Plan, run, and record experiments on each platform, including tests for creative, audiences, and bidding, using a disciplined test-and-learn method.
- Create, launch, and refine landing page versions with a no-code page builder to improve conversion rate, CPA, and ROAS outcomes.
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of practical experience running paid social, display, video, and paid search campaigns directly on ad platforms.
- A methodical testing mindset, with the ability to design sound experiments and capture insights clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work with digital ad strategists to improve results through campaign optimization.
- Clear and honest communication, both in writing and speaking.
- Excellent attention to detail and a consistent record of launching error-free campaigns.
- Comfort using AI tools as part of the workflow.
Compensation and benefits
This role offers competitive compensation and equity. Base salary bands are $80,000 to $110,000 for level I and $110,000 to $150,000 for level II.
Benefits include fully covered health insurance in the US, unlimited paid time off, and 12 to 16 weeks of paid parental leave.
The position is fully remote and open to candidates working from anywhere in the Americas.
