Role Summary
This position is responsible for driving digital growth end to end, starting with assessing the current marketing setup and then scaling performance over time. The role carries direct ownership of lead quality, conversion outcomes, and return on ad spend, and it connects marketing performance to sales results and revenue growth rather than focusing only on running campaigns.
What You Will Do
- Create and roll out a digital growth roadmap for the short term as well as the medium- to long-term, covering branding, creative direction, communication, and digital asset strategy.
- Oversee paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, and Apple, with the goal of improving ROAS and bringing down CPR and CAC.
- Design and strengthen the lead funnel, improve conversion rates, and increase the percentage of MQLs that progress to SQLs.
- Set up a performance attribution framework using GA4, MMP platforms, pixels/CAPI, and CRM data, then track funnel leakage through real-time dashboards.
- Expand organic visibility and reinforce brand credibility and audience engagement by working closely with the creative team.
- Improve conversion performance, UI/UX, and lead response speed while coordinating both internal team members and external partners.
- Use AI, programmatic buying, dynamic targeting, and segmented campaign structures to scale performance and unlock additional acquisition channels.
Required Background
The ideal candidate should bring 8 or more years of experience in digital and growth marketing, ideally within the Saudi market. Strong expertise in running paid media across multiple platforms is essential, along with a consistent record of improving ROAS and reducing CAC. Practical experience with GA4, MMP tools, CRM systems, and attribution modeling is also required. The role calls for strong lead-generation capability, a clear understanding of funnel mechanics, and the ability to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion. A solid working knowledge of SEO, organic growth, and content coordination with creative teams is expected. Candidates should also demonstrate leadership in managing teams and partners, strong analytical judgment, fluency in Arabic and English, and familiarity with AI tools and programmatic advertising. The role requires working on-site in Riyadh, handling several priorities at once, and meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
