Role overview

Hire Digital is looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who has worked across B2B marketing, webinars, conferences, awards, or financial media settings. Candidates with experience in banking, fintech, financial services, or enterprise-focused media and events businesses will be especially relevant for this opportunity.

The position supports multi-channel digital campaigns aimed at senior professionals in banking, fintech, and financial services across APAC, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and other international regions.

What you will do

  • Plan and deliver integrated digital campaigns using email, LinkedIn, paid channels, SEO/SEM, webinars, awards, and conference-related activities.
  • Drive demand generation, audience expansion, and lead nurturing efforts for banking and fintech decision-makers.
  • Operate CRM and marketing automation tools such as Pardot or comparable platforms, including audience segmentation, EDM execution, and campaign tracking.
  • Work with commercial, editorial, research, and events stakeholders to support initiatives across conferences, awards, subscriptions, and thought leadership programs.
  • Promote webinars, virtual events, and conferences for international markets.
  • Contribute to content marketing work such as reports, whitepapers, newsletters, landing pages, and campaign creative.
  • Measure campaign results, monitor KPIs, and share optimisation recommendations and performance reporting.
  • Manage LinkedIn paid activity, lead generation campaigns, and broader digital audience engagement efforts.
  • Keep campaign schedules aligned across multiple stakeholders and regional teams.

What we are looking for

  • Background in B2B digital marketing, content marketing, or demand generation.
  • Experience in financial media, conferences, awards, fintech, SaaS, enterprise technology, or professional services is preferred.
  • Practical experience with Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Solid understanding of lead generation, campaign metrics, audience segmentation, and email marketing practices.
  • Prior exposure to webinars, conferences, awards programmes, or enterprise events is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and digital reporting systems.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to coordinate content for professional or senior-level audiences.
  • Well-organised with strong stakeholder management and project coordination abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in remote, globally distributed teams.
  • Must be based in Singapore.
