Role overview

Hire Digital is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong track record in B2B marketing, especially in environments that involve conferences, awards, webinars, or financial media. Candidates who have worked in banking, fintech, financial services, or enterprise-focused media and events businesses will be given strong preference.

The role supports integrated digital campaigns aimed at senior stakeholders in banking, fintech, and financial services across APAC, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, and other global markets.

What you will do

  • Plan and run multi-channel digital campaigns across email, LinkedIn, paid media, SEO/SEM, webinars, awards, and conference-related initiatives.
  • Contribute to demand generation, audience expansion, and lead nurturing efforts focused on banking and fintech decision-makers.
  • Oversee CRM and marketing automation processes using Pardot or a comparable platform, including segmentation, EDM execution, and campaign monitoring.
  • Work with commercial, editorial, research, and events teams to support marketing for conferences, awards, subscriptions, and thought leadership projects.
  • Help promote webinars, virtual events, and conferences across international regions.
  • Assist with content-led marketing assets such as reports, whitepapers, newsletters, landing pages, and campaign creative.
  • Review campaign results, measure KPIs, and share optimisation recommendations and performance insights.
  • Support LinkedIn paid advertising, lead generation, and digital engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate delivery timelines and campaign activity across multiple stakeholders and regional teams.

What they are looking for

  • Prior experience in B2B digital marketing, content marketing, or demand generation.
  • Background in financial media, conferences, awards, fintech, SaaS, enterprise technology, or professional services is preferred.
  • Practical experience with Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, or a similar CRM/marketing automation tool.
  • Good understanding of lead generation, campaign metrics, audience segmentation, and email marketing best practices.
  • Experience supporting webinars, conferences, awards programmes, or other enterprise event formats is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and digital reporting tools.
  • Strong writing and content coordination skills, particularly for executive and professional audiences.
  • Excellent organisation, stakeholder coordination, and project management abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, globally distributed team.
  • Must be based in Singapore.
