Role overview

CAPACITY works with live venues and experience-led businesses to increase ticket sales through data-led marketing and strategic planning. The company partners with established venues and promoters to help turn ideas into audiences and deliver measurable growth.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, usually beginning at 15 to 20 hours each week. The successful candidate will support the launch and ongoing improvement of campaigns across a range of client accounts. The role includes collaboration with the internal team and, from time to time, direct contact with clients. This opportunity is available only to candidates based in the UK.

Key responsibilities

  • Create, launch and refine paid campaigns for multiple clients across Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
  • Oversee the everyday marketing schedule and keep campaign activity on track.
  • Monitor results such as ROAS, ticket sales and spend pacing, then prepare performance updates.
  • Coordinate tasks and deadlines across several clients to ensure projects keep progressing.
  • Stay in regular communication with both clients and the internal team.

Candidate profile

  • A qualification in marketing or a portfolio that demonstrates relevant results.
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and core digital marketing principles.
  • Proven ability in campaign handling, data analysis, CRM tools, websites and digital strategy.
  • Good grasp of important marketing concepts, including attribution.
  • Prior experience with project management and CRM software.
  • Well-developed organisational and time-management skills for juggling multiple clients and tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
  • Genuine interest in, and understanding of, the hospitality and entertainment space.
  • Ability to pick up new ideas quickly and adapt to changing strategies.
