Key Responsibilities

- Respond to community interactions, including customer questions and feedback.
- Monitor analytics, generate performance reports, and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with different teams to maintain brand uniformity and run promotional activities.
- Keep abreast of the latest social media trends and best practices to drive innovation.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum of 1 year experience in managing social media platforms.
- Proficient in content development and digital analytics.
- Familiarity with Google and Meta advertising platforms and ad management.
