About the Role
Best Infosystems Limited seeks a skilled Digital Marketing & Creative Designer to develop compelling and visually appealing marketing content primarily for college admissions campaigns and various events based in Kanpur. The candidate will manage and design promotional materials for social media platforms and offline marketing collaterals, targeting enhanced engagement and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and handle digital marketing content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to promote college activities and events.
- Design online advertisements tailored for different college programs and initiatives.
- Produce leaflet and pamphlet designs supporting admissions and promotional efforts.
- Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to align with campaign goals and audience targeting.
- Maintain brand consistency in all design and marketing assets.
- Keep abreast with emerging trends in digital marketing and graphic design to continuously improve output.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in digital marketing content creation and graphic design.
- Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of social media advertising creation and campaign management.
- Strong creativity paired with excellent visual communication capabilities.
- Ability to operate independently and adhere to deadlines.
- Preferred: background in education sector marketing, video editing skills for short reels or promotional clips, and understanding of basic marketing analytics.
Compensation
Salary will be aligned with industry standards, ranging between 8000 to 15000 INR per month depending on experience and engagement type.
Additional Information
