About The Moore
The Moore is a landmark destination in Miami’s Design District, bringing together a private members club, hotel, restaurants, retail, exhibition areas, event spaces, and office space. The property occupies the historic Moore building from around 1922 and spans nearly 90,000 square feet across two four-story structures at the corner of NE 40th Street and NE 2nd Avenue. It also features Elastika, the site-specific work by the late Zaha Hadid originally created for the first Design Miami/ exhibition in 2005.
The redevelopment is being led by WoodHouse, a boutique hospitality operator founded by entrepreneur Brady Wood. WoodHouse develops, owns, and runs experience-led concepts including private clubs, restaurants, hotels, and live entertainment venues.
Role Overview
The Moore is hiring a resourceful, hands-on Digital Marketing & Content Manager to drive marketing activity across The Moore Club, Hotel, Workplace, Gallery, The Roof, and Torno Subito. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and combines content production, social media, paid media, email marketing, and website support.
The right person is a strong visual storyteller who understands hospitality, culture, and lifestyle brands, and is comfortable both creating content in the field and reviewing campaign results. This is a role for someone who enjoys capturing real moments on the property and turning them into engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce photo and video assets for social media, email marketing, and broader digital campaigns.
- Oversee social media accounts, editorial calendars, audience engagement, and reporting on performance.
- Build and run paid campaigns on Meta platforms.
- Handle email marketing and member communications using Peoplevine.
- Support website edits, SEO efforts, and day-to-day digital content updates.
- Monitor campaign results, prepare regular reports, and share actionable recommendations.
- Work with photographers, videographers, freelancers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to execute marketing plans.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of background in digital marketing, social media, content creation, or a similar area.
- Strong capability in photography, videography, and editing content.
- Hands-on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Working knowledge of email marketing tools, CRM systems, website administration, and SEO.
- Excellent planning, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
