The role centers on reporting, data visualization, and analytical support that helps improve ecommerce growth, campaign performance, and data-led decision-making across digital channels.
You will be expected to work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting, managing multiple priorities while partnering closely with teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities

- Analyse results across paid social, search, display, affiliates, email, and CRM channels.
- Prepare and maintain recurring dashboards for weekly and monthly performance reviews.
- Spot trends, irregularities, and opportunities for optimisation across campaigns and markets.
- Turn complex data into clear, practical recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Support testing frameworks for creative, audience targeting, and landing pages.
- Work with channel managers to review performance using metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
- Assist with email, social, search, and special projects, including testing across markets, promotions, and campaign content.
- Provide suggestions to improve media efficiency and audience quality.
- Review customer journeys across digital touchpoints to surface insights.
- Support audience segmentation and targeting using first-party data.
- Contribute insights for CRM and lifecycle activity, including acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
- Help shape data-backed actions that improve customer experience and support growth priorities.
- Use tools such as GA4, Meta, Google Ads, and BI platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to analyse performance.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting and data systems.
- Support data flow and integration across CRM, ecommerce, and media platforms.
- Create and refine dashboards that show the impact of optimisation actions.
- Stay commercially aware of new technologies, market developments, and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with ecommerce marketing, design, digital product, CRM, trade, and brand marketing teams.
- Support budget tracking, forecasting, and performance review processes.
- Contribute to planning activities with insights grounded in data.
- Ensure planners are completed on time and communicate updates to relevant teams.
- Build effective working relationships with global site merchandising and web production teams.
- Share best practices with regional teams and consider global implications in discussions and decisions.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, performance marketing, or a closely related role.
- Strong analytical ability with the confidence to interpret and present data clearly.
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and paid media platforms such as Meta and Google Ads, or similar tools like SimilarWeb and Brandwatch.
- Strong Excel capability, plus familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Good understanding of core digital marketing KPIs, including CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- A degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant discipline.
- Strong numerical reasoning and analytical thinking, along with an interest in AI.
- Advanced PC skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Preferred: experience in luxury, fashion, or retail.
- Preferred: basic SQL or other data-querying knowledge.
- Preferred: exposure to multi-market or regional work.
- Preferred: familiarity with tools such as Dynamic Yield, Salesforce, ContentSquare, Syte, Bazaarvoice, or FullStory.
