Position Summary

We are seeking a Digital Designer with a blend of creativity and technical skills to craft compelling visual assets spanning digital and print mediums. The perfect candidate has a keen design sensibility, a clear grasp of branding in corporate contexts, and the ability to convert strategic goals into polished and impactful graphics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce graphic materials such as point-of-sale (POS) items, marketing collateral, web graphics, and social media visuals.
• Prepare and optimize images for various digital and print formats.
• Create prototypes, digital media, and assets using Adobe XD, Figma, or a combination of both for platforms including digital ads, screens, and display units.
• Collaborate in planning and designing advertisements for digital campaigns, print media, and retail environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' experience in graphic or media design, either in agencies or internal teams.
• Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), plus Adobe XD and/or Figma.
• Proficient knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual narrative techniques.
• Understanding of digital advertising formats.
• Strong communication abilities and well-organized work habits.

• Job location: Remote, with preference for candidates based in Washington, Nevada, or Illinois, offering options for in-person or hybrid roles.
• Employment nature: Part-time contract.
