Job description

About the Role

This position lets experienced cybersecurity professionals contribute to the improvement of advanced AI systems while working remotely and choosing their own hours. The work is centered on helping AI tools become more reliable in real-world security situations.

The role is built for practitioners who can assess whether AI-produced security outputs are technically sound, practical, and accurate. You may use this work as a supplement to another job or as your main focus.

What You’ll Do

  • Review AI-created cybersecurity material, such as threat analysis, vulnerability reviews, and offensive-security content, and judge whether it is correct in practice.
  • Create and solve technical security challenges that are used to improve AI training.
  • Draft clear technical write-ups and security-related code.
  • Share feedback that influences how future AI security models are developed.

How the Process Works

After creating an account, you will complete a brief assessment that acts as the screening step. If you are successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid tasks will be unlocked on the platform.

Compensation and Working Style

  • Work is paid on an hourly basis, with rates starting at $50 and going up to $100+ per hour on certain projects.
  • Some projects may also include bonus pay.
  • You decide which projects to take on and when to do them.
  • The work is fully remote, done on your own computer, from your own home.

Eligibility and Important Notes

This opportunity is open only to candidates located in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand.

It is an independent contractor engagement, and payment is issued through PayPal.

You will never be asked to pay any money to participate.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of practical experience in cybersecurity, including areas such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or related government or military cyber work.
  • Basic coding ability, including comfort reading, navigating, and modifying an existing codebase.
  • Strong English fluency at native or bilingual level, along with excellent writing skills.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Security certifications such as OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, or similar credentials are considered an advantage.
