Job description

Role Overview

This opportunity is for seasoned cybersecurity professionals who want to help train and improve advanced AI systems while working remotely on a flexible schedule. The role focuses on checking whether AI-produced security outputs are accurate and useful in real-world settings.

You will collaborate with modern AI models on tasks such as reviewing security-focused content, solving technical problems, and sharing expert feedback that helps improve how these systems understand threats and defenses. Some contributors use this as a side engagement alongside another job, while others make it their main work.

How the Selection Process Works

After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that acts as the screening step. If successful, you will receive confirmation by email and can begin accessing paid work through the platform.

Responsibilities

  • Assess AI-written cybersecurity material, such as threat analysis, vulnerability review, and offensive security methods, to confirm whether it is practical and correct.
  • Create and solve technical security tasks that help train AI models.
  • Produce precise technical write-ups and security-related code.
  • Share expert feedback that contributes directly to the development of newer AI security systems.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of practical experience in cybersecurity, including areas such as penetration testing, red teaming, incident response, detection engineering, DFIR, malware analysis, threat intelligence, or related government or military cyber work.
  • Working knowledge of coding and the ability to understand and modify existing codebases.
  • Strong command of English at native or bilingual level, with excellent written communication.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Security credentials such as OSCP, CRTO, GREM, GCFA, CEH, or similar certifications are considered an advantage.

Contract Terms and Payment

This is an independent contractor role. Compensation is hourly, with rates starting at $50-$100+ per hour, and some projects may include bonus pay. Payment is processed through PayPal. You will never be asked to pay any money to participate.

Location and Eligibility

This opportunity is open only to candidates based in the US, Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, or New Zealand. Remote work is fully supported, and you may choose projects and working times that suit your schedule.

Work Style

You can complete work on your own computer from home, and you have the freedom to select the projects you want and set the hours you work.
