Job Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive desktop support and administrative services.
- Identify and resolve hardware-related problems effectively.
- Perform operating system installations and configure Outlook for end-users.
- Assemble desktop PCs and provide troubleshooting support for printers.
- Manage and maintain desktops and laptops ensuring optimal performance.
