Job description

Role overview

O&H Brand Design is looking for a designer who wants room to grow, take initiative, and contribute directly to brand-building work. This is not a production-only role; you will be involved in the creative process from early thinking through final delivery, helping shape ideas rather than simply turning them into layouts.

You will join an experienced team that values mentorship, collaboration, and continual skill development. The environment is designed for designers who want more ownership, more creative input, and the chance to strengthen both their portfolio and their confidence through hands-on work.

What you will work on

Your work will span brand identities, campaigns, packaging, websites, and environmental pieces. You will participate in projects from the research and strategy stage all the way to final production, contributing your own perspective throughout.

You will also work closely with writers, producers, and digital partners to help translate ideas into finished creative output.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of professional design experience.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong concept development, polished execution, and a solid command of typography.
  • Comfort using Figma or another prototyping tool, along with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Hands-on digital design experience is necessary; motion or animation ability is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage time and deadlines effectively.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with colleagues and clients.
  • A BA in graphic design or a related discipline is preferred, or an equivalent background.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to keep learning and growing beyond your comfort zone.
