Designer / Product Coordinator – Accessories

Role Overview

Join Kasmo Design, the creative home of Morgan & Taylor, as a Designer / Product Coordinator focusing on accessory ranges. In this role, you will grasp full responsibility for curating accessory collections, from the initial design phases through sourcing and stock development, collaborating closely with senior team members throughout the complete process leading to product launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct trend research and create mood boards, collection narratives, and conceptualize accessory ranges.
• Manage product sourcing, costing, and development alongside the production team each season while overseeing range data and quality control until launch.
• Provide hands-on support and mentorship for wholesale and client engagements, gradually building negotiation and client-management skills.
• Communicate collection briefs effectively to marketing and production teams and assist in maintaining launch schedules.
• Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to visualize and refine range concepts.

Candidate Requirements

• Punctuated enthusiasm for design and collection curation, emphasizing creative passion over extensive experience.
• Proficient skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, complemented by strong organizational and commercial awareness.
• Willingness to develop client interaction and negotiation capabilities through guided mentorship rather than initial expertise.
