What You'll Do
- Create and evolve global style guides, asset kits, and character art packs for Netflix franchises.
- Build original design assets, layout systems, and visual frameworks that support style guides, asset libraries, and character art treatments.
- Adapt visual direction for different audiences and genres while keeping the creative execution consistent and appropriate.
- Turn story, character, and world-building elements into visual systems that work for consumer products around the world.
- Develop graphics, layouts, and supporting materials for multiple franchise-based creative programs.
- Blend character art, typography, and graphic systems into unified design solutions.
- Work with agencies, illustrators, and vendors to develop, refine, and finalize assets.
- Give clear and useful creative feedback to outside partners so the work stays high quality and on-brand.
- Handle a mix of long-term foundation projects and fast-paced business needs.
- Own projects from concept through final production while protecting timelines and creative standards.
- Bring forward ideas and solutions that improve the quality and impact of the work.
- Help organize, update, and maintain Netflix’s global creative asset libraries and design resources.
What Success Looks Like

- You deliver strong work efficiently while managing several priorities at once.
- You communicate clearly and collaborate well with internal and external partners.
- You take strong ownership of your assigned workstreams.
- You stay curious, flexible, and solution-focused when solving creative challenges.
- You are comfortable being hands-on and jumping into execution when needed.
