About the Role
DrSafeHands Clinic is looking to hire an experienced and proactive Deputy Branch Manager to assist in the smooth functioning of daily clinic operations. This role focuses on ensuring excellent patient care, managing staff, driving business goals, and maintaining operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day clinic activities and operations.
- Ensure a high-quality experience for patients by streamlining service delivery.
- Oversee and supervise the front office, nursing, counseling, and support staff teams.
- Monitor appointment scheduling, patient movement, and overall branch productivity.
- Work towards achieving monthly financial and operational objectives.
- Maintain clinic inventory and coordinate with vendors for necessary supplies.
- Adhere to company guidelines, standard operating procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Address patient queries, resolve complaints, and manage escalated issues professionally.
- Prepare and submit operational reports daily, weekly, and monthly for review.
- Support recruitment, training initiatives, and oversee staff performance management.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
- Must hold a graduate degree or MBA in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Professional experience of 3 to 6 years in clinics, hospitals, healthcare setups, or retail operations.
- Previous exposure to managing teams and branch operations is advantageous.
Skills Required
- Proven leadership capabilities and ability to manage teams effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal aptitude.
- Competency with MS Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
- Capability to handle operations, sales processes, and customer service concurrently.
- Good problem-solving skills with sound decision-making abilities.
