Role Overview

The Growth team at Revolut blends strategy, data, and creativity to fuel business expansion through market launches, enhanced customer acquisition, and improved engagement. We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead the global enterprise pipeline generation strategy for Revolut Business. This role involves shaping the vision, defining scope, and managing execution to build a strong, qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth through Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, industry events, and regional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Crafting and owning the worldwide ABM strategy with clear targets for pipeline development, customer acquisition, and expansion.
  • Managing ABM and partner-focused initiatives, including LinkedIn campaigns and sector-specific events.
  • Designing and optimizing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and pipeline speed, coordinating closely with the Sales team.
  • Employing data-driven tactics across digital, paid media, ABM, email campaigns, webinars, and events to enhance conversions and maximize campaign ROI, even without a conventional marketing automation platform.
  • Collaborating with Sales leadership to align on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), lead scoring frameworks, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Refining outbound marketing strategies, including message development, content creation, and follow-up sequences.
  • Partnering with Marketing and Operations departments to plan and implement a new marketing automation system and continuously improve lead scoring models.
  • Leading collaborations with Brand and Creative teams to develop targeted content for ABM efforts.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators to ensure demand generation efforts are effectively targeting, scoring leads, and optimizing funnel conversion and scalability.
  • Generating comprehensive reports on campaign efficacy, contribution to pipeline, and ROI for executive review.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of seven years of experience in B2B demand generation, including at least four years managing ABM campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in expanding enterprise pipelines within fintech, SaaS, or ecommerce sectors, preferably combining product-led growth (PLG) and sales-supported models.
  • Deep understanding of lead lifecycle management, scoring techniques, and funnel enhancements especially in startup environments.
  • Proficiency with sales and marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, attribution tools, intent data solutions like Demandbase or 6Sense, and analytics software like Tableau or Looker.
  • Proven expertise in delivering global or multi-regional demand generation campaigns across multiple channels with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical capabilities in creating and interpreting performance dashboards, reports, and actionable insights.
