What You’ll Do
- Create a positive sales and service experience by greeting and assisting customers in person, by phone, and over email.
- Help keep the store running smoothly by supporting merchandising and general store upkeep.
- Provide reliable, high-quality delivery service when bringing products to customers’ homes.
- Perform routine upkeep on the truck and carry out daily maintenance tasks in and around the store.
- Support customers during the moving and delivery process, resolve concerns, and work to ensure satisfaction.
- Complete customer paperwork accurately and finalize documentation on site.
What We’re Looking For
- A valid full class driver’s license with a driver abstract in good standing.
- Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and move large household items.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first, results-driven approach.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to handle several tasks at once and stay efficient in a busy environment.
- Ability to pass criminal, employment, and driving history checks.
