Job description
Role Overview
This role focuses on recruiting mid to senior-level positions in Design and Development for tier 1 Real Estate Developers across the GCC region. The priority is on delivering hires efficiently by supporting the Director in filling vacancies rather than engaging in business development.
Typical positions to fill include Chief Development Officer, Chief Design Officer, Design Manager/Director, Development Manager/Director, and Interior Design Manager/Director.

Key Responsibilities
- Keep the recruitment database accurate, thorough, and up to date at all times.
- Conduct detailed and consistent candidate interviews, following standardized processes with no shortcuts regardless of workload.
- Prepare candidates and clients thoroughly for interviews, upholding high standards.
- Ensure every CV forwarded to clients is meticulously tailored, accurate, and professionally formatted.
- Balance quality and quantity effectively in candidate submissions.
- Regularly promote the company through consistent online marketing and content posting.
- Generate leads actively from candidate interactions to support recruitment efforts.
- Respond promptly to new job vacancies by initiating candidate outreach and advert posting without delay.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 6 months of recruitment experience within the built environment sectors such as Real Estate, Construction, Architecture, Data Centres, or Power.
- A strong passion for recruitment and willingness to engage beyond standard office hours.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive contribution to company culture.
- Excellent communication skills with resilience to manage setbacks professionally.
- Commitment to self-development and improvement.
- Proactive and driven approach focused on achieving results independently.
- Experience working in the UAE is preferred but not mandatory.
