Key Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver goods safely and promptly to clients or businesses.
• Verify orders before and after delivery for completeness, accurate charges, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Handle payment collection for delivered goods.
• Provide excellent customer support, respond to inquiries, and address complaints professionally.
• Follow assigned routes strictly and adhere to delivery timetables.
• Comply with all transportation regulations and maintain a safe driving record.
• Prepare delivery-related reports and documentation.
• Operate necessary equipment including motorcycles and related machinery.

Requirements

• Completion of high school or an equivalent qualification.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in delivery preferred but not mandatory.
• Strict adherence to safety procedures, routes, schedules, and transportation laws.
• Strong skills in time management and customer service.
• Physical ability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended durations.
• Detail-oriented approach to tasks.

Performance Objectives

• Promote Ramco International’s product range to expand market share.
• Contribute to annual operations planning and monitor product performance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador representing RamcoGas while executing duties.
