About the Role
This position of Delivery Lead is based in Toronto, ON, requiring presence onsite three days per week. It is a contract role with an offered hourly pay rate of CAD 50 inclusive.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee coordination and successful delivery of technology projects.
- Manage end-to-end project execution within large enterprise settings.
- Operate independently with proactive initiative and minimal supervision.
- Handle cross-functional teams and stakeholder engagement effectively.
- Monitor project dependencies, follow through with relevant parties to ensure deadlines are met.
- Identify and eliminate obstacles to keep projects progressing smoothly.
- Apply risk and issue management strategies including mitigation and escalation procedures.
- Communicate clearly and organize tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
- Juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting with ease.
- Previous experience in technology transformations, application deliveries, or enterprise technology programs is advantageous.
- Expertise in banking or financial services sector is strongly preferred.
