Job Responsibilities

• Operate all required store equipment efficiently.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area into storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers.
• Prepare food products following company standards.
• Handle and process telephone and in-person orders accurately.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork meticulously.
• Perform daily cleaning of equipment and the facility.
• Make pizza deliveries within the store's delivery area driving safely and navigating various terrains, including multi-story buildings.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving record per company policies.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes.
• Navigation skills to map and locate addresses efficiently.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and provide written and verbal instructions clearly.
• Basic math skills for accurate calculation and making correct monetary change.
• Physical ability to handle tasks such as lifting moderately heavy items, climbing stairs, and carrying products during delivery.

Working Conditions

• Exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions, including hot ovens and outdoor elements during delivery.
• Working in confined spaces like walk-in coolers.
• Handling hot surfaces, sharp objects, and moving mechanical parts safely.
• Engaging in prolonged standing, walking short distances, lifting, pushing, and bending repeatedly throughout shifts.

Training and Advancement

On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Many employees progress from delivery roles to management or franchise ownership positions, reflecting the company’s commitment to career growth.

Additional Information
