Role overview
This position combines customer delivery work with warehouse support. You will be responsible for taking Aidacare equipment directly to customers’ addresses and contributing to smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key duties
- Carry out deliveries or warehouse tasks as needed, with flexibility to switch between both.
- Load and unload vehicles, including manual handling and forklift-assisted movement.
- Put together equipment and provide support with assembly tasks.
- Prepare customer orders for dispatch by picking and packing items accurately.
- Clean and maintain products within the warehouse when required.
- Help with stock management activities and purchase order support.
Skills and experience needed
- Experience in driving or warehouse work is preferred, although not mandatory.
- A valid driver’s licence is required.
- You must be physically capable of handling heavy items and following safe manual handling practices.
- A courteous, approachable, and professional manner is expected at all times.
- You should be willing to complete or provide any relevant checks linked to customer contact, such as police screening or NDIS Worker Screening.
