Role overview
GSF Car Parts is looking for a Delivery Driver to represent the brand on the road and with customers. In this role, you will deliver automotive parts, keep customers updated through excellent service, and share useful feedback from the field to help the branch improve its service and stay on schedule.
This is a zero-hours, casual arrangement that supports the branch when colleagues are on leave or absent. The role contributes directly to the success of a busy and high-performing operation while creating a positive impression through every customer interaction.
Key duties
- Deliver goods to customer locations within a 40-mile radius of the branch.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of customer care.
- Pass relevant customer and competitor information back to the branch.
- Load the vehicle in line with company procedures.
- Pick up customer returns when needed.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and support basic vehicle upkeep.
- Assist in the warehouse whenever support is required.
- Help with inter-branch transfer deliveries as needed.
Working pattern
Hours can be up to an average of 41 per week, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturday working depending on branch cover requirements.
