Job description
About the role
Join a hands-on service role where you help deliver a great customer experience from start to finish. The position focuses on getting appliances and technology products safely into customers’ homes, supporting them with setup, and making sure the service feels smooth and professional.
You’ll be part of a team that values initiative, a quick learning style, and a strong customer-first mindset. The environment is active, varied, and suited to someone who enjoys moving around, speaking with customers, and taking ownership of the work.
What you’ll do
The Delivery & Installation team is responsible for transporting and fitting whiteware products in customers’ homes, acting as the final touchpoint in the customer journey. You’ll help determine the best way to bring items inside, unpack them, install them where required, and remove old appliances and packaging when needed.
This position includes full training, plus a buddy who will support and mentor you as you settle in. Each day will look different, and the role is designed for someone who enjoys variety and practical work.
