Company overview
The Warehouse Group is seeking a customer-focused Delivery Driver / Installation Specialist to join its delivery and installation team in Hamilton, Waikato. This role is part of the service experience that helps customers receive, unpack, and have their whiteware products installed correctly in their homes.
The position suits someone who learns quickly, takes initiative, works well with people, and brings a strong customer-first attitude to every interaction. Full training is provided, along with a buddy to support and mentor you as you settle into the role.
Role summary
As a Delivery & Installation team member, you will be the final point of contact for customers and play an important role in shaping their overall experience. Your work will involve delivering and installing whiteware products, speaking with customers about the best way to bring items into their homes, and handling unpacking, installation, and removal of old appliances and packaging where required.
The day-to-day work is varied, fast-paced, and physically active. The position is permanent and full-time, with working hours from Tuesday to Saturday, 40 hours per week.
What the role involves
- Deliver whiteware items to customers’ homes and complete installation tasks as required.
- Act as the final customer touchpoint and help ensure a positive service experience.
- Discuss access and delivery options with customers to determine the safest and most practical approach.
- Unpack, install, and set up products in line with company process and customer needs.
- Remove old appliances and packaging when needed.
- Follow company procedures and uphold guidelines throughout the customer journey.
- Keep the work area tidy, well-presented, and functional.
- Drive safely and take responsibility for the safety of yourself, others, and the products in transit.

Working pattern
This is a permanent full-time position based onsite in Hamilton, Waikato, New Zealand. Standard working days are Tuesday through Saturday, with a 40-hour work week.
