Role overview
SPX Express is hiring a Delivery Driver for its Fleet Operations team in Singapore. The role focuses on transporting goods safely and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service throughout each delivery.
Key duties
- Load and unload products onto the vehicle in line with the delivery instructions provided.
- Handle goods carefully to support secure collection, movement, and dispatch.
- Complete deliveries to customers in a safe, polite, and punctual way.
- Build and sustain positive customer interactions during each delivery stop.
- Follow the company’s internal operating procedures throughout the delivery process.
- Escalate operational issues to the direct supervisor when problems arise during daily work.
Requirements
- Applicants must possess a valid Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence that has been valid for at least 2 years.
- Previous experience delivering goods or parcels is required, with high-volume delivery experience considered an advantage.
- A strong working knowledge of Singapore roads and local areas/clusters is needed.
- The work schedule is 5 days per week, scheduled between Monday and Sunday, from 9:00am to 7:00pm.
- Employees will have 2 rest days each week.
Working arrangement
This is a full-time onsite position based in Singapore.
