Overview
This position involves delivering well-known beverage brands to customers across Canada while also supporting merchandising work when driving volume is lower. It is suited to someone who is motivated, energetic, comfortable with physical work, and enjoys being active rather than sitting at a desk all day. The role is designed to provide steady year-round employment, and in slower periods the schedule may be balanced with merchandising shifts so weekly hours remain consistent.

Responsibilities
- Build strong working relationships with account contacts and represent the company professionally.
- Deliver products accurately and on time, and unload them as the customer directs.
- Handle invoicing and complete daily account settlements.
- Stock, rotate, and merchandise products across different account settings.
- Create displays and install promotional materials such as price signs and banners.
- Complete all required documentation carefully and accurately.
- Carry out all duties safely and in compliance with applicable laws and transportation rules.
Physical Demands and Work Conditions
- Comfort with physically demanding work, including merchandising tasks.
- Ability to repeatedly lift and carry loads of up to 50 lbs over an 8 to 10 hour day.
- Ability to move heavy loads manually and with equipment, requiring agility, flexibility, and strength.
- Work may involve exposure to changing weather and temperature conditions, as well as poor road and driving conditions.
Qualifications
- A valid Class 1 BC driver’s licence is required, along with the ability to operate a manual transmission and maintain a safe driving record.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact well with others.
- High school diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or an equivalent credential.
- Good physical fitness.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Additional Skills Considered an Asset
- Willingness to work extended hours and overtime.
- Previous experience in merchandising or customer service.
