Role Summary

This is a full-time, on-site position in Singapore combining delivery driving with sales administration. The role covers route planning, safe transportation of goods, and making sure deliveries reach customers accurately and on schedule. You will also assist with loading and unloading, support basic warehouse activities, and use material-handling equipment when needed.

On the admin side, the job includes entering and processing sales orders, preparing delivery notes and invoices, maintaining system records, and working with the sales team on customer needs and stock checks. The role also involves answering customer queries, assisting with post-sale follow-up, and keeping operations and sales aligned through clear communication. All tasks must be carried out in line with company safety rules, traffic laws, and internal procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Plan daily delivery routes and complete local deliveries safely and on time.
  • Load and unload goods, and help with routine warehouse support tasks.
  • Use forklifts or similar equipment when required, following safe handling practices.
  • Process sales orders and help with day-to-day sales administration work.
  • Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and other routine shipping documents.
  • Update order and delivery information accurately in internal systems.
  • Coordinate with the sales team on customer requests and inventory availability.
  • Respond to customer questions and assist with follow-up after delivery or sale.
  • Follow company safety guidelines, traffic regulations, and operational procedures.

Requirements

  • Comfortable dealing with customers and internal teams, with clear and professional communication skills.
  • Prior experience using a forklift or other material-handling equipment, with strong attention to safety.
  • Some exposure to sales-related work, including order handling and sales support activities.
  • Able to organise deliveries, follow instructions, and manage time well in a busy setting.
  • Open to learning company systems, workflows, and safety practices through training.
  • Must hold a valid Singapore driving licence suitable for local delivery work and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Basic computer literacy for data entry, document preparation, and order tracking.
  • Dependable, honest, and willing to take on both delivery and administrative responsibilities.
