Overview
PepsiCo is seeking a Delivery Driver to manage route deliveries in Brakpan, Gauteng, South Africa. The role focuses on ensuring product reaches customers on schedule, handling route-related cash responsibly, and supporting smooth day-to-day delivery operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver goods to customers within the expected timeframe.
- Handle cash collected on routes according to company procedures.
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer service expectations.
- Spot possible gaps and opportunities within the local market.
- Keep accurate route records and assist with basic reconciliation of the driver’s books.
- Take ownership of the assigned delivery route and its performance.
- Work to reduce driver shortages and delivery discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the relevant Sales Representative when needed.
- Manage crates carefully and maintain good crate control.
Qualifications
- Matric or N3.
- Valid Code 10 driver’s licence with PDP.
