About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Dealership Account Manager based in McDonough, GA, passionate about expanding market reach and fostering strong partnerships with automotive dealerships. This role involves daily in-person visits to dealership partners within the territory and emphasizes hands-on engagement to drive growth and deliver impactful results. Applicants must reside within or near the designated geographic area and commit to a six-day work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify prospective dealership partners to grow the network and strengthen presence in the automotive finance sector.
  • Maintain excellent dealer relations by offering consultative support and ensuring partner satisfaction through regular site visits.
  • Monitor market developments and competitive dynamics to uncover business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  • Promote the company’s brand consistently through targeted outreach and effective communications.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • At least two years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in automotive lending, finance, or a relevant industry.
  • A demonstrated record of consistent career advancement, including minimum two years in the most recent role.
  • Hands-on knowledge of auto finance or dealership account management, with special finance experience highly regarded.
  • Strong communication, negotiation skills, and ability to create long-standing partnerships to achieve results.
  • Analytical aptitude for identifying market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Self-driven problem solver able to thrive in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and personal auto insurance mandatory.
  • Organized, customer-centric, and dedicated to delivering quality service in every engagement.
  • Residence within or nearby the assigned sales territory.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Spanish or Portuguese bilingual skills are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a base salary starting at $80,000 annually with an uncapped commission and bonus structure enabling on-target earnings around $175,000. Additional benefits include mileage reimbursement for business travel, company laptop, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance starting after the first month, 401(k) plan with matching contributions, and unlimited paid time off to promote work-life balance.
