Dealer - Digital Sales

Job Overview

The role involves executing trades in equity and derivatives via digital platforms with precision, managing online client interactions, and addressing their trading-related inquiries. The candidate will be responsible for boosting brokerage revenues by actively engaging clients and increasing trade volumes, reactivating inactive clients, and enhancing client retention rates. Additionally, the role includes cross-selling various financial instruments such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, Insurance, Portfolio Management Services (PMS)/Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), and Margin Funding (MTF). Ensuring adherence to SEBI regulations and internal risk management policies is essential. The dealer will also assist clients in effectively navigating and utilizing trading applications and web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform equity and derivatives trades accurately via digital channels.
• Manage client queries online and provide fundamental market insights.
• Increase brokerage income by engaging clients to enhance trading activity.
• Activate dormant clients and work on improving retention levels.
• Promote and cross-sell a range of financial products including Mutual Funds, IPOs, Bonds, Insurance, PMS/AIF, and Margin Trading Facilities.
• Comply strictly with SEBI guidelines and internal risk frameworks.
• Support clients in the effective use of trading apps and web platforms.

Requirements

• Graduate degree, preferably in Commerce or Finance.
• Mandatory possession of NISM certification.
• Between 1 to 4 years of experience in equity dealing or broking, with preferred familiarity with digital trading platforms.
• Strong understanding of financial markets and proficient client handling abilities.
